About The Collection
Growing up in my hometown of Detroit, I watched my father serve as a paramedic - someone who showed up for people in moments that mattered most. Although my path led me into media and storytelling, his example stayed with me. Over time, experiences in Japan deepened my perspective through a culture of intentional hospitality, ritual, and care. One phrase has always stuck: Okaeri - "Welcome Home". More than a greeting, it's the feeling of being welcomed back with thoughtfulness, warmth, and presence.
